Flexible Magnets Plain Brown
Newlife's Flexible magnet is made of ferrite powder bonded with macromolecule compounds, such as CPE, NBR, CR, PVC, nylon, and PP etc. It is also called rubber magnet or plastic magnet because of its bond materials. It features in flexibility characteristics of any permanent magnetic materials, and thus can be made into rolls, sheets, strips, blocks, rings and so on, through extruding, calendaring, injecting, molding. It can also be laminated with pvc sheet, self-adhesive tape, coated with UV, or 4-color printed and diecutted into any shape.
Flexible magents can be classified as both standard magnetic energy (isotropic) and high magnetic energy (anisotropic) according to their magnetic properties.
Flexible magnets can be classified as plain brown magnetic sheeting, printable magnetic sheeting, and magnetic sheeting with adhesive according to their finish or laminates.
Newlife’s flexible magnets are made from eco-friendly materials that meet RoHS and EN71-3 standards
Newlife's Flexible Magnets Plain are flexible ferrite magnet, one side magnetized and coated by UV oil. It can be laminated with printable films and adhesive. it can work on metal surface, such as iron board.
The minimum thickness is only 0.2mm ( 8mil) and the maximum width is up to 1.52M(60''). Newlife has different levels magnetic material with different energy, customers can choose standard energy (isotropic) magnets and high energy (anisotropic) magnets.
